  • Client is coached through proper breathing during the session to allow for complete relaxation

  • The practitioner will assess and address lack of range of motion in areas the client regards as tight or painful spots

  • With cooperation from the client the practitioner utilizes traction, oscillation, and circumduction of the clients limbs to create space and freedom of motion in the joint capsules and surrounding tissue

  • The client will feel relief from tension where they experienced pain or
